Clue/Question: The golfer’s tee shot ended up in a yard as a result of it being hit – – –

Answer: OFF COURSE
(Aah! That’s more like it. Yesterday’s felt like it was suggested by a child, or something. Nothing wrong with that, except it wasn’t very challenging. I think that today’s is a more clever pun. All of today’s clue words are old favorites, yet all of there jumbles came up as new. I still want to make a word out of TENDOR, but I did quickly see RODENT, after I remembered TENDOR is not a word. FLOSS spells out in alphabetical order. I thought that the answer letter layout was great, but as I was writing it out I kinda saw the answer, even before reading the clue/question. I think the cartoon itself prepped me. Loved the cartoon! Lots of nice little touches. The *gopher* headcover, the garden gnome with the golf club, and the “Jumble” on the back of the golf bag. But, the flowers look more like tulips! Is this supposed to be Springtime? Looks like she stepped on a couple of them too. Bad form. LOL! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
