“Don’t underestimate the value of doing nothing, of just going along, listening to all the things you can’t hear, and not bothering.” — A. A. Milne
(It’s kind of a shame that he’s remembered, almost exclusively – by shlubs like me, at least – as the guy who wrote “Winnie-the-Pooh”. He was actually quite prolific, writing screenplays and plays, novels and non-fiction, poetry, etc., etc. Didn’t a movie about his success with Pooh just come out recently? I rarely go to the movies these days. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
He also served in both World Wars I and II, and wrote propaganda for military intelligence.
How cool is that ?
