(Wunderbar!  A great old American idiom.  Looking up things for this post sent me on too many tangents though!  No new clue words, although all of the jumbles came up as new.  I didn’t think any of them were particularly tough though.  The answer letter layout was the best jumble!  It did a wonderful job of disguising the answer.  The cartoon is great too.  It shows some proper bales of hay, as well as the mangled ones.  Today’s Jumble put me in mind of some lyrics from a 1975 Southern Rock – Charlie Daniels Band – song:  “Elvin Bishop’s sittin’ on a bale of hay.  He ain’t good lookin’ but he sure can play.  And there’s ZZ Top and you can’t forget that old brother Willy’s gettin’ soakin’ wet.  And all the good people down in Tennessee are diggin’ barefoot Jerry and the CDB.”  LOL!  Dems were my glory days, peeps!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
