Answer:  VERBOSE

(The obverse of this anagram is observe!  LOL!  I liked this pun.  It was a little different.  And, not – initially – all that obvious to me.  I saw observe right away though.  No new clue words, but two new jumbles.  We’ve seen both “suheo” and “smirph” before.  The answer letter layout was pretty nifty.  Decent cartoon.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

Answer:  VERSES VERSUS VERSES

(Ehh, sort of.  Just rhyming words never really impressed me much.  All of the clue words are old favorites, with five of the jumbles coming up as new.  We have seen “messea” before.  An impressive 18-letter answer letter layout, but a lot of repeat letters made for a quick solve.  Splendid cartoon.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
