(Very cute cartoon. Mr. Bill Morrison is quite accomplished! He has worked as an illustrator for Disney, and for “The Simpsons”. He also served as a director for “Futurama”, one of my son’s favorite shows! And, beginning in 2018, he will serve as the Editor of MAD Magazine. I wasted a good amount of my paper route money on MAD Magazine, and assorted comic books.
No new clue words today, however three of the jumbles did come up as new. We’ve seen “pymet” before. But, “empty” is one of those words that spells out in alphabetical order. The answer letter layout was also a nice jumble. The cartoon shows the skills of a true artist. My newspaper does not get Roswell, but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it in others. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
