“I hope your rambles have been sweet, and your reveries spacious.” — Emily Dickinson
(This is an example of poetry that’s always thrown me! Even though I felt strongly that the T was I, it could’ve been A, and the Q was E, it took me some time to solve this. I always try to avoid the author’s name, but I saw that it started with an E, but was fixated on Edith, or possibly Erica. I didn’t realize it was Emily Dickinson until I was 1/2 to 2/3 done! And, I thought that SWEET was SLEEP! RAMBLES and REVERIES certainly did not jump off the page at me! But, it made for a satisfying solve. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
It wasn’t all that easy, UR. RAMBLES, REVERIES and SPACIOUS aren’t the common stuff of the Daily Cryp. Still, it’s a generous sentiment from that most reclusive 19th-century poet.
I didn’t think that it was just me, hal. I do think if i had recognized the author earlier it would have gone a little smoother. But, those three words aren’t common by any measure. — YUR
