Clue/Question: She wanted her daughter to clean her room and wasn’t – – –

Answer: MESSING AROUND
(Mama bringin’ the hammer down! A good, stinky pun. All familiar clue words, with two new jumbles. We’ve definitely had “pruus” and “narmen” before. Isn’t Narmen the feminine of Norman??? I didn’t struggle with any of today’s jumbles, and I’m still not the biggest fan of Un words. Sure, they’re legitimate words, but I just think they are uncool. I really enjoyed the answer letter layout. It kind of spells out SIRGODMANNICE, which sort of describes yer uncle, when you come to think of it. LOL! Actually, I think it did a wonderful job of disguising the answer. I saw nothing obvious in it. Another great, highly detailed cartoon. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
PS. The cartoon at the top is one of my favorites from my newspaper’s comics section. It’s called “Zits”, by Jerry Scott and Jim Borgman. My son, Derek, is 30 now, but “Jeremy” still makes me think of my boy. — YUR
