(Wow! I have to admit this is a pretty good quote. Are we sure she wasn’t paraphrasing someone else? Either way, I still can’t be bothered by her kind of music. Sorta country, sorta pop. Yer uncle is an alt rocker. I felt bad for the whole Kanye interruption thing, but I’m sure that made her bigger than she was at the time. So, that very easily could have been orchestrated. Gee, Unc, it didn’t occur to me that Kenye’s boorish behavior might have been contrived by all of them. But even if it was, it was still stupid.
And, it sets a bad example of behavior for the kids who consume that stuff.
Yeah, but the people who SELL that stuff don’t care about setting a good example. They made her into a the most sympathetic performer, with that performance. And, it made Kanye into a “bad guy”, which also sells. I think it was written by someone very much like Vince McMahon! — YUR
