(One of my favorite, stinky puns of all time! A true classic! No new clue words today, however every single jumble came up as new. Strange, because I saw every word instantly. Some days are like that. The answer letter layout was a fantastic jumble. It was the combo of the leading clue/question, the great cartoon, and the quotation marks that made the answer fairly elementary. It helped to be passably familiar with African wildlife, too. A couple of my friends like to say What’s Gnu? every so often. We do pronouce the ‘G’ when we do. And one of my favorite editorial page cartoons was during the Bush 41 years where somebody was saying Bush really meant ‘No Gnu taxes.’ 🙂 Gnu is just a great word….

I was lucky enough to get all the words easily. Final answer was easy to find. Gnu is an unheard word. Enjoyed. I am from Kerala, India. Kerala is known as ” God’s own country”.
