Clue/Question: Big Ben rings on a regular basis with the – – –
Answer: PASSAGE OF TIME
(Great answer letter layout. It did an admirable job of keeping the answer hidden. I knew right away that the last word had to be TIME, and that the middle word was very likely OF. The EASPSAG gave me PASSAGE. None of the clue words are new, but three of the jumbles came up as new. They’ve definitely used “sipeo” before. I thought both “eytsa” and “gemapi” were excellent jumbles! Neither one of the actual words jumped out at me. Good, basic cartoon. It looks like Jeff didn’t have enough time to draw the rest of the Palace of Westminster. Kinda makes it look like a stand alone tower. A lot of you regulars seemed pretty familiar with “magnet schools”, but just like with “first-hand news”, on Friday, we had a lot more queries for the answer of yesterday’s Jumble, than usual. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
