(Beautiful, stinky pun! Ya gotta love it! We even have a new clue word today in “colony”. That kind of surprised me, but hey! What are you gonna do? My job is to alert our good friend, ralis95, to add this word to his world famous clue word database! Besides the rare new clue word, all of the jumbles are coming up as new today too. It took a couple of looks to come up with “unify”. You know, starting with a vowel, and ending with a sometimes one. The answer letter layout was a masterful jumble. It gave nothing away. It was the combination of the leading nature of the clue/question, the great cartoon, and the quotation marks, that made the answer pretty evident. Great job, men! Ick. I had to back into COLONY. This was one of those where the answer came right away, but I tried to get the clue words without backing into them all. Worked except for Colony.
I show COLONY as used back in May 2011 – sometime between May 11 and May 15. It was probably on a Sunday to not be added to ralis95’s list back then. Always enjoy it when a new word appears!
