Visual Description: Bob is king of the dings!
TIDOT = DITTO, ATING = GIANT, SREDYS = DRESSY, DROVEN = VENDOR — Giving us: DIOGNTDESDOR
Clue/Question: Once her car was repaired, she said this in regards to the damage.
Answer: GOOD “RID–DENTS“
(Great stinky pun! Best one in a while, I’d say. No new clue words, today. But, two of the jumbles came up as new. We have seen both “tidot” and “ating” before. Although, it did take me skipping, and coming back, to get “giant”. I just wasn’t seeing it. Then, the excellent answer letter layout had me stumped for a couple of minutes. The quotation marks definitely helped! Fine cartoon. I just can’t make out much of the detail. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
Thanks. Sometimes I get stumped. Old grandmother raising two little girls. Lots of distraction.

Excellent jumbler!!!! And GIANT!!! Had me stuck! I do believe I can safely label the letter arrangement as diabolical. Such a simple little word that looked like nothing! I did my normal writing the letters backward, and then diagrammed out just those letters. Still stuck Then I started diagramming with a stationary letter at the front (ATING – AINGT – ANGTI and at the ANGTI I saw GIANT).
Have been thoroughly enjoying every single jumble as I’ve gotten to them. All GRAND!!!!
Got the answer quickly and it so helped that I saw DENT right away!!
OMG Unc, that poor, poor car. We’ve had a lot of hail damage around here. Fortunately I was not out in the storms, so far! I heard a lady talking at a department store—some kin of hers had just had their car fixed from a storm two years ago and it got it again! I know I would have cried!
Happy Memorial Day weekend!! LL
One of the toughest I’ve seen in awhile!
