(I thought there was a nice little challenge to today’s Sunday Jumble!  Super clue words.  All old favorites.  I thought both “sagins” and “gonelu” were super jumbles, but, as it turns out, we’ve seen both of them before.  I also liked “dulced” and “haywon”, but I thought all the jumbles were nicely cryptic.  The answer letter layout was a bit of a beast!  If I hadn’t picked up on the pun, it might have taken me a long time to solve the answer.  The quotation marks were a big help.  Fine cartoon too, as well.  It conveyed the one lady’s exhaustion very well.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

Sunday Cryptoquote Spoiler – 03/19/17

(I just spent about half an hour looking at old panels from The Far Side . . . and laughing myself silly.  Gary Larson is every bit the genius as Einstein was, in my book!  It’s a shame he was active for only about 15 years.  I know – financially – he doesn’t need to do the comic panel anymore, but I truly believe that the world would be a much happier – and peaceful – place if he was still doing it.  Hey, Mr. Trump!  If you really want to make America great again encourage Gary Larson to come out of retirement!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
