(This answer would also work for the NBA All Star 3-Point Shootout Contest.  In both basketball and pool they refer to sinking the shot.  There were no new clue words today, and only two of the jumbles came up as new.  We’ve seen both “finsf” and “tinnh” before.  The answer letter layout was a Jumble masterpiece!  Fourteen letters is a very long answer for a non-Sunday.   The cartoon is a lot of fun.  I like the goatee tied with a rubber band, and the J – for Jumble – tattoo, on the losing player.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
