SOGEO = GOOSE, CAHWT = WATCH, ROHYTE = THEORY, EERRBA = BEARER — Giving us: GOSWTCORYERER
Clue/Question: When the farmer began selling his own vegies and fruits, the result was a – – –

Answer: “GROW–CERY“ STORE
(I like it! You know me, folks, the stinkier the better, when it comes to puns! And, today’s is about as stinky as they come. I bet farmer Jack is using good old manure to fertilize his fields. We actually have another new clue word today, in “bearer”. Our good friend, ralis95, will have to add this to his world famous clue word database! Three of the jumbles came up as new, but we’ve definitely seen “sogeo” before. Both “rohyte” and “eerrba” presented a bit of a challenge. The answer letter layout had me stumped for about a minute. A testimony to David Hoyt’s hard work. At first I thought the second word was STORY. But, even that gave me enough, in the remaining letters, to see that the first word was going to be a pun on GROCERY, and I just swapped the Y for an E to make STORE. Cute cartoon, as usual. From roadside stand to full-fledged grocery store. I love driving through the country and stopping at roadside stands, for farm fresh fruits and veggies. Some of them even use the honor system! I hope we all make an effort to support our local farmers. It’s good for the economy, and locally grown produce is usually healthier for you, because it’s fresher. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
