Clue/Question: The historic high-rise had a – – –

Answer: STORIED PAST
(This one took some thought from me. It wasn’t automatic, like most of them. I think I’d have to credit the great answer letter layout. It was a great jumble. I did have an inkling that the first word might end in ED, but I first thought of the word STEP. Then I was thinking – despite no C or N, and wrong letters per word – SECOND STORY. But, that did bring me to STORIED, and the answer. No new clue words today, but two of the jumbles appear to be new. We’ve definitely seen “sareo” and “natds” before. Nice cartoon. Is this Chicago, or New York. I seem to remember the first “skyscraper” being built in Chicago, but I don’t know if it’s the famous one with additions. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
