(LOVE it!  The Adventures of Superman was a big part of my youth.  I didn’t see them first run, because the final season ended when I was 1 year old, but they showed it over and over again in my young formative years.  To this day – due to this show – my idea of the U.S.A., is that it stands for:  “Truth, Justice, and the American way”.  Well, at least it is supposed to.  And, Noel Neill was my very first crush.  What a woman!

No new clue words today.  Ralis95 can take a break.  Three of the jumbles came up as new, with “cartk” definitely having been used before.  It always take me a few looks to see “poetic”.  That word and casino always trip me up a bit.  Mental block, I guess.  The answer letter layout was, once again, stupendous!  Nothing obvious in it.  The cartoon is great too.  You might have to explain to the kids what a paperboy and a telephone booth are.  If you have the reduced sized Jumble you might not be able to make out Jeff’s little tribute to the show’s opening.  “More powerful than a locomotive.  Able to leap tall buildings, in a single bound.  Look, up in the sky!  It’s a bird, it’s a plane.  No, it’s Superman!”  Great job, guys.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
