Clue/Question: He rode the mechanical bull because it was on his – – –

Answer: “BUCK–IT“ LIST
(Wonderfully stinky pun! Boy, has that phrase ever taken hold in the popular vernacular. Everybody seems to use it these days. So many of people’s bucket lists require a decent amount of disposable income. I guess it was a good thing that Morgan Freeman’s character befriended Jack Nicholson’s in the movie, or he probably wouldn’t have been able to afford doing all he did. And of course, in the movie Nicholson’s character may have benefited even more by meeting Freeman’s. I don’t have a formal list, but I have already gone skydiving. I’d like to try hang gliding, and to ride a monster zip-line, but beyond that I don’t have any dangerous or too exotic wishes.
None of the clue words were new, but three of the jumbles came up as new. They’ve used “tonkyt” before, so I’ve probably already mentioned that “knotty” spells out in alphabetical order. The answer letter layout was another dandy jumble. I don’t think it was too revealing. The cartoon and the clue/question were very leading clues. These mechanical bulls got very popular after the movie Urban Cowboy came out. I never bothered seeing it. Riding one is not on my bucket list. I’d probably throw my back out. Fun cartoon though. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
