Answer:  IN THE FUTURE

(Not bad!  Even thought the answer letter layout was excellent, I quickly realized that the third word was FUTURE.  From there it was easy to get IN THE.  All of today’s clue words are old favorites.  “Utter” actually comes up in the ralis95 clue word database five times, due to butter, gutter, mutter, putter and utter.  The jumble “cante” has been used before, but the other three came up as new.  The cartoon is great, with the three guys in costume, the old style Coke bottles, and the old console television.  Kids today don’t realize that TVs used be – essentially – furniture.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
