(Oh, yeah.  That’s a stinky pun!  All of today’s clue words are old favorites, but three of the jumbles did come up as new.  We have definitely seen “gamead” before.  The answer letter layout kind of gave away the word MAJOR, for me.  And from there, it was easy coming up with DECISION.  It looks like Sydney is following in her dad’s footsteps, one way or another. And, isn’t it always the kitchen table for these kind of things?

Yesterday was the busiest – most visits to this blog – day ever!  I guess a lot of people had a tough time accepting the pun!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

I didn’t get yesterday’s answer. I was too busy trying to figure out something with POST in it. Didn’t work. Gave up!

Looks like it was a tough one for a lot of people, Joe!

    Much easier than yesterday’s offering.

I got JOKER first, and with the circled letters, I got MAJOR right away. I had to think a bit after I got ICIER because I wondered if it was a valid word here. I had to walk away and come back for SECOND. It was fun today.

ICIER looked a little odd to me, too, David, even though, as UR said, we’ve seen it before. Hard for me to think about icy conditions this time of year!

ICIER and SECOND took me a few seconds as well! For the final answer, I got MAJOR instantly and DECISION was easy to come up with after that. NO question, this was a MUCH EASIER solve than the previous day’s Jumble.
