(I’d say that’s a lot of bull, but then I’d be udderly ridiculous!  The security force is clearly female, while the grazers are likely steers.  Every single jumble is coming up new today, but all of the clue words are old favorites.  I didn’t struggle to get any of them, but I thought they were all good jumbles.  The answer letter layout was another super jumble.  My earlier stated theory served me well today, as UP was part of the answer.  Loved all of Jeff’s moo-cows!  And, for whatever reason, I’m getting kind of a Wyoming/Montana feeling.  Possibly Colorado.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

Thank you, UR, for your earlier tip. That served me well today. After a little thought, I got SECURITY. BEEF followed from the rest of the letters. I had no trouble with any of the words today.

Is there an online version of the Sunday Jumble? The ones I found on Uclick and others aren’t this puzzle.
I also noticed in my home paper, the Detroit News/Free Press, the author isn’t David Hoyt, but a couple other folks. Though the cartoon is still drawn by Jeff. Which is interesting, because the TV Guide I get via the Detroit News has a TV Jumble, which is done by David, but the cartoon is done by somebody else…..

The “current” Sunday Jumble is not available online, for some legal reasons. Your home paper might be running some kind of Classic Jumble. I haven’t seen the TV Guide in years, so I don’t know. I *think* I got my start with the TV Guide one, when I was a kid! Maybe Jeff, or David, could provide a little historical context to what you’re seeing.
