Answer:  BUMPHER TO BUMPHER

(I loved it!  It’s a great pun.  These kind of tracks are a little bit boring though.  The real fun happens in the bumper car ring/pit.  That’s where you have a certain amount of control over the car, and you can really run into people!  Great way to get out some of your aggressions.  —   WordPress does NOT like me adding an S to the word AGGRESSION, but when I accidentally typed in FUM, instead of FUN, everything was peachy!  I can find no legitimate definition of the word FUM in any bound dictionary, and I only see a kind of country, hick, Pogo-esque, bastardization of the word FROM online.  So, why doesn’t WordPress’ spell-check flag this???  Anybody ever hear of “FUM” before?   —   We do have a new clue word today, in “fibber”, so hopefully ralis95 opens this email, to know that he needs to update his world famous clue word database!  All of the jumbles, except for “dulhed” are new today.  The answer letter layout was a fantastic jumble!  If you had to guess the answer, without the benefit of the cartoon or the clue/question, you’d be hard pressed to do so with this answer letter layout.  Fun cartoon.  I liked the tilt-a-whirl and the roller-coaster in the background.  Not sure what they call the tall thin structure in-between them!  Some kind of drop tower, or gyro tower, I’d guess.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

Sunday Cryptoquote Spoiler – 06/05/16

I wish my brother-in-law would learn a trade, so we’d know what kind of work he was out of.”   —   Henny Youngman

(“Take my wife . . . please!”  The King of the One-Liners!  Henny was a very funny comedian and a tireless performer.  His career lasted well over 70 years!  One of the things that always cracked me up was simply his name.  Of course, Henny itself is pretty unusual, but it was his last name, Youngman, that always struck me funny.  He was already 51 years old, by the time I was born, and he was probably 62 before I really knew who he was.  My first recollection of him was, in all likelihood, from Rowan and Martin‘s Laugh-In.  I might have seen him on The Merv Griffin Show, or The Mike Douglas Show, before then, but definitely on Laugh-In!  So, to a 10 year old kid, how is this old geezer a young man???  But of course, now I’m well into my 50s, and I don’t consider myself an old man!  But, that just shows how perspectives tend to change.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
