Answer:  “MOM–ENTOUS“  OCCASION

(Momentous pun!  Hey.  All of today’s clue words were old favorites.  And, only three of the jumbles were new.  We’ve seen “ccrosh”, “moshoc” and “gloonb” before.  The answer letter layout was pretty special.  17-leters, and nothing given away.  A super-duper jumble.  This is one interior scene that I think we all can enjoy.  It might not be as universal as we’d all like it to be.  So many of us nowadays end up hours away from the old homestead, that reunions like this are hard to accomplish.  So, for those of you who can pull these things together, my hat is off to you.  Metaphorically speaking, of course.  Yer Uncle almost never wears a hat.  I’ve got this Charlie Brown, blockhead thing going on.  Happy Mother’s Day to all!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
