I know city folk don’t cotton to “yonder”. LOL! I wonder if anybody got stuck on Rodney? The answer letter layout was a great jumble as well. And some honorable mentions to some golden oldies who are hanging in there. Actors Hugh O’Brian, Elinor Donahue, and Tim Curry. Loved: Wyatt Earp, Father Knows Best, and Rocky Horror Picture Show! A few weeks ago my – and probably other – newspaper(s) ran the birthday of Ken Howard . . . five days after he died. I thought that was a tad insensitive. I had a lot of trouble with VERIFY. I first typed in FIVERY, before getting the real word after several seconds of thought!!! Sure enough, it is already in my “toughest words” list. I also thought that the fourth word was ORNERY before I realized there was only one R. For the final answer, I got EVERY right away, and BUDDY followed easily.
