Cryptoquote Spoiler – 03/30/16

The opposite of a great truth may well be another profound truth.”   —   Niels Bohr

(We tend to be so locked in to our own great truths that many of us don’t consider this.  Being creatures of habit is very comfortable, but it is also very limiting.  Our perception of the universe is constantly evolving.  Our thinking needs to be open and flexible.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

Jumble Spoiler – 03/30/16

Visual Description:  A life lesson at the lounge.

SOPIE  =  POISE,  HUDOG  =  DOUGH,  YAPADY  =  PAYDAY,  COPIEL  =  POLICE   —   Giving us:  OIOGPYDOLC

Clue/Question:  He thought that having life insurance was a – – –

Answer:  GOOD POLICY

(And it is!  There were no new clue words today.  Three of the jumbles came up as new.  We’ve definitely seen “sopie” before.  I thought all of the jumble clues were pretty easy today.  Nice job on the answer letter layout.  I’m not sure if having a clue word – “police” – that is so close to one of the answer words -POLICY – was intended to be a little bit of a misdirection, or what.  I think it’s a little unusual, to say the least.  The cartoon’s setting was also a little strange.  Although, many great conversations do take place over a beer.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
