Visual Description: A frustrating rehearsal for Jefco.
ELHOL = HELLO, CRIBH = BIRCH, FISXUF = SUFFIX, DOUHRS = SHROUD — Giving us: HELRCSSOD
Clue/Question: An electric guitar with just one string is – – –
Answer: “CHORDLESS“
(Fresh pun! I’d say Jeff has good reason to fret! Although, if you read the related article below, I guess you can play with one string. Surprisingly – for me – there were no new clue words today. I though that maybe “birch” and/or “suffix” might be new. But no, they’re both up there. And with “birch” we’ve even see the same jumble! The other three jumbles are seemingly new. The answer letter layout was great again today. A fine jumble that didn’t give anything away, in my opinion. A fun cartoon too. I didn’t know that Jeff had his own roadie! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

“Chordless” took me a little while to come up with.
Super pun today, Jeff and Dave! (You too, UR.) They sure know how to PICK ’em…
LOL! Remember this great grade school quip: You can’t choose your face, but you can pick your nose!

Lucky Ides of March for me! Everything went like clockwork today – 8 seconds overall. Love the choose/pick quip, UR. 🙂
Went pretty quickly for me, though the answer took a bit more thought.
