Clue/Question: His moving business really started to take off when the number of jobs started to – – –
Answer: RAMP UP
(Believe me. Getting things in and out of a truck, without either a power liftgate or a ramp, is one huge pain in the ass! It takes two to three times as long, and is exhausting. If you’re ever offered a warehouse job, or any job that requires the loading and offloading of a truck, make sure the truck you’ll be using always will have one of these two necessities. Or, will always be utilizing a loading bay/dock. I learned the hard way!
We have a new clue word today, in “waver”. I was a little surprised to find that it was not in the ralis95 clue word database, but after today it should be. And, all of today’s jumbles “appear” to be new! The answer letter layout is actually very good for such a short answer. Jeff’s great cartoon gave us not only one, but two ramps. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
