Answer:  FROM ALL SIDES

(Great pun!  I didn’t see it at first.  Initially, I thought the middle word was going to be FOR, but then SELLS FOR MAIDS didn’t make any sense.  Nor SLID FOR MALES.  Nor LIED FOR SLAMS.  Okay, I really didn’t guess any of these.  But I did consider FOR for the middle word . . . for a few seconds.  We have a new clue word today in “dimly”.  Our good friends, ralis95 can add it to his world famous database.  And, all of the jumbles came up as new.  The answer letter layout was as satisfying as a turkey dinner, with all the fixings!  The cartoon was a great contemporary family gathering  scene.  I liked the televised football game in the background, and the dog poking his head out from under the table.  I hope everyone is having/ has had a Happy Thanksgiving!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

This one went even faster than the one from the other day. I got the four basic words in maybe 30sec, and it took a minute to get the cartoon words. I’m not even sure how I got those word patterns, the 3-letter word at first thought would be AND or FOR, but the available letters didn’t allow for them. It’s also amazing I got the cartoon words after a full Thanksgiving meal, I’m pretty sleepy right now….. 😀
