Clue/Question: The new archery range put up a billboard to advertise to their – – –
Answer: TARGET AUDIENCE
(A fine pun, that hits the spot! All of today’s clue words are old favorites. Four of the six jumbles are coming up as new though. I can vouch that we have definitely seen “tulide” and “burtap” before. I was a little disappointed with the jumble for “govern”. Many people – yer uncle included – can immediately figure out a jumble when it begins, and ends, with the letters of the actual word. The answer letter layout was a fantastic jumble though. Good and cryptic. The cartoon is great. Hopefully, the one in your newspaper was big enough so you could read the billboard. It was key. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
PS. I posted in orange and teal, for my buddy Mark. He’s a Dolphins fan, and they’re trying to catch up with the eagles right now. — YUR
