( . . . in the park.  I think was the 4th of July.  Happy Five on Five Day!  Yes, it’s 11111-5 Day, for all you numerologists out there!  Here on earth, specifically in the U.S., it’s also Veterans Day!  Go out and thank a vet today, and remember them always.

No new clue words today, but three of the jumbles came up as new.  We have seen “sidya” before.  The answer letter layout was wonderfully cryptic.  The quotation marks and the clue/question set things up, so the answer wasn’t a real head-scratcher.  Great cartoon of slacker roommates!  Maybe this was Jeff, back in his college days?  Spoiler alert:  They get back together, and live happily ever after.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
