Answer:  ABANDDONE

(A perfectly stinky pun!  A beautiful groaner.  No new clue words, but all of the jumbles are coming up as new, for me.  No complaints with the answer letter layout.  It’s another great jumble.  The cartoon is hilarious.  Reminds me a little of CBGB’s.  Great place for punk bands and such, back in the day.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
