Love recognizes no barriers.  It jumps hurdles, leaps fences, penetrates walls to arrive at its destination full of hope.”   —   Maya Angelou

It wouldn’t be heaven without our beloved pups, would it.

Ginger again ! Movie ( of old) ,”What dreams may come” ( Robin Williams ) has a scene where the beloved pet ,,who had died.. runs fresh in a fresh life with the family. This scene now sticks with me after our beloved family pet passed. I have never witnessed so much anguish at a passing (of this pet), even considering respectfully all the human funerals that I have attended. Peace be with you and hope as well for a reunion, a special reunion, even now in your mind! Best JT

JT! Long time, old friend. “What Dreams May Come” is one of two movies that have made me cry, as an adult. I think it got mixed reviews, and it wasn’t a big commercial success, but it won some award at the Oscars. I’ve lost some people who were very close to me, but nothing has ever effected me as strongly as my Ginger’s sudden passing. Thank you for the warm wishes, my friend. — YUR

Dear UR and JT, my favorite book is ‘Dog Heaven’ by Cynthia Rylant. It is a quick but beautiful read. As one dog lover to another, (the phrase ‘dog lover’ doesn’t seem emphatic or deep enough), to those of us who have lost our beloved, beloved doggies, I highly recommend it.
