(Because of the cartoon, I was thinking one of the answer words was going to be WIRE, or WIRES.  The word “crowd” in the birds’ dialog first made me think that they wouldn’t be using the word CROW, but I think that was a little misdirection.  No new clue words today, but all the jumbles came up as new.  The answer letter layout gave nothing away.  It was a fantastic jumble.  The cartoon was reminiscent of an Alfred Hitchcock movie . . . meets Heckle and Jeckle.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
