Clue/Question: The customers at the fireworks store were – – –
Answer: BABY BOOMERS
(This is a pretty good stinky pun! I like it. Although, fireworks should be left to the professionals. Amateurs run a much greater risk of injury. Just look at Jason Pierre-Paul, of the New York giants! One blew up in his hands, and he sustained severe burns, and had to have his right index finger amputated. He’s not going to be ready for the start of the 2015 season, and his career is kind of in question. We’re all better off leaving it to the pros, folks.
We have another new clue word today, in “bobble”. This is another one that kind of surprised me, but I’m not seeing it in the ralis95 clue word database, so I’m calling it new. And, all of the jumbles came up as new today. The answer letter layout was very good too. Maybe having all the Bs together gave me a hint, but other than that I wouldn’t say it gave anything away. Great cartoon, but the biggest clues came from the dialog. In just a few years all the “Boomers” are going to be 60+. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
