Answer:  WORKING CLASS

(Not all that easy!  Was it?  The clue words weren’t new, or anything, but three of the jumbles were.  We’ve seen “sokik” before.  The answer letter layout was marvelously cryptic!  In my opinion, it gave nothing away.  I wouldn’t say that the word CLASS was conspicuously missing from the cartoon, and clue/question, but the use of the word COURSE  was very deliberate.  I figured that the first word had to end in ING, so that kind of put me on the right path.  I bet some of you were in a state of flux, trying to come up with something  related to welding.  Right?  That was my first inclination, but I didn’t dwell on it for long.  Would it be wrong to say the cartoon was workman-like?  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

This jumble was far too easy, and took a few minutes to complete

Interesting that you found this tough. One of my friends who is very good at the Jumble also found it tough. I saw the answer almost instantly. The word COURSE, as you mentioned, suggested CLASS and the first word then became very obvious.

Wow. We got a bunch of smarties today! It didn’t take me long to solve it, but it wasn’t nearly as drop dead obvious as most of the answers. That’s why I used the ? mark. In my arrogance, I figured if I didn’t get it instantly then some of you may have found this tough. — YUR

Well Unc, I was not one of those smarties! I though I found class in the jumbled clue letters and then did not think it was viable…why??? Because I didn’t think I had two Ss. Criminily! After I found the error of my ways, I got it figured out. It certainly was not a gimme for me!

WOW Vijay, you’ve up the braininess of figuring out the puzzler. I have a hard enough time going with unjumbling the letters.
