(Not  a stinky pun, because it is one of those literal and figurative puns!   There were only tried and true clue words today.  And, only “vroab” and “medcyo” were new jumbles.  The answer letter layout was fairly cryptic, but ending in OY might have been a give away to many.  Another cute nursery cartoon, featuring the Family Tree Nursery.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

PS.  One year ago today, the comic genius, Robin Williams took his own life.  He was only 63 years old, and seemingly still had plenty to offer.  Apparently, he had been suffering from severe depression, but – as I suspected – there was a little more to it than just that.  He was also suffering from Parkinson’s disease, and an autopsy discovered that there also was the presence of “diffuse Lewy body dementia”.  If you look that up you may understand a little bit better what the dear man was going through, and why he felt compelled to do what he did.  It has helped me to accept the haunting tragedy a little better.  Today’s newspaper ran with this Thought for Today:  “You will have bad times, but they will always wake you up to to the stuff you weren’t paying attention to.”   —   Robin Williams (1951 – 2014)  “Goodnight, sweet prince . . . and flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.”   —   Bill Shakespeare.  Robin would no doubt call him “Bill” to his face.  I’m almost sure of that.   —   YUR
