Answer:  NO IFS, ANDS, OR BUTTS

(A nice long answer!  Can’t remember when we last saw a 16 letter answer!  There were no new clue words today, but all of the jumbles came up as new.  The answer letter layout was a fantastic jumble that gave nothing away.  The clue/question itself, and the great cartoon, gave this one to me.  Such a filthy habit!  It’s messy and stinky, besides being totally unhealthy.  My Mom wouldn’t have Emphysema and COPD, and probably not Osteoporosis, if she hadn’t been a lifetime smoker.  If you smoke, take it from today’s character and choose to quit.  Before it’s too late.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

Baloney is flattery so thick it cannot be true; blarney is flattery so thin we like it.”   —   Fulton Sheen
