Answer: “VENT–ELATION“
(Sorry about not posting this one until now. Had the visiting nurse come in, then the occupational therapist, then a doctors appointment, then a load of fun running around with the pharmacies! It’s no longer a spoiler, but at least it’s up here for the folks who kind of let them pile up and solve at a later date.
A very nice pun. Not sure how many of you it stumped, but it was good. There were no new clue words, but three of the jumbles came up as new. We’ve definitely seen the jumble for “enact” before. Great job on the answer letter layout. The quotation marks and the great cartoon made getting the answer . . . a breeze! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

It’s alright about being a little late, Unc Rave. I hope your medical procedures are well under hand and you are feeling as excellent as you sound on this blog! The VENT-ELATION answer was very timely, what with the first day of summer creeping up on us, the very day many people discover their AC is low on coolant. Getting that fixed is indeed “vent elation.”
Thanks, hal. But, none of it was FOR me. It’s all follow up for my wife’s knee surgery. I’m fine. Well . . . physically! — YUR 😉
