English: This picture was taken at Warwick Castle, during my 2003 travels around Great Britain. I loved how these peacocks kept trying to woo the peahens, and the peahens would have none of it. This one time, as a peahen walked over, a peacock started rattling its plumage at her. She ignored it and kept on walking. Another peahen walked over, and the peacock quickly turned and started rattling its plummage at the new one. Not very picky, was he? (Isn’t anthropomorphizing fun?) (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Visual Description:  Picky picky . . . about to be kicky-kickied out!

BRITO  =  ORBIT,  VOSEH  =  SHOVE,  TUPEYD  =  DEPUTY,  MOSTAC  =  MASCOT   —   Giving us:  OTSEDUTSO

Answer:  TOSSED OUT

(Good for him!  People with unrealistic – and totally selfish, in my opinion – expectations of perfection are so frigging annoying.  The wrong order, or an improperly cooked order, is one thing, but some people just need to check themselves.  The only thing you are entitled to is take your business elsewhere, not to waste other people’s valuable time.  Wait staff work is hard enough without customers like this.

There were no new clue words today, but all of the jumbles came up as new, for me.  They were all good jumbles, but the words jumped off the page for me.  The answer letter layout was another fine jumble.  And, the answer made for a nice little pun.  Fun cartoon.  But, who is “Meuth”?  Is Meuth’s Café a real place?  Be well and do good, friends.  Try not to be too self-important.)   —   YUR

I agree, Unc Rave. More restaurants need to take a cue from this practical Jumble!

My family can be very impatient at restaurants. Drives me bananas. It’s like group growl if I say, “Patience Please.” Had trouble getting the answer because I had transposed letters in MASCOT….at least I finally figured out the error! Good ‘un for sure! LL
