Clue/Question: The bracelet with the four-leaf clover – – –

Answer: FIT LIKE A CHARM
(That’s a good stinky pun! No new clue words today, but all of the jumbles came up as new, for me. I thought that the answer letter layout was excellent. I got the answer rather quickly, but that was more because of the answer’s layout than the string of answer letters. You have to do some work to figure out the key word of “charm”. The cartoon does a fine job of setting things up. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

Once I keyed “The” as the first word, I was stuck. I tried to make “luck,” but no U. Gave up on this one.

I do enjoy it. I get stumped, when I do, at the funny answer. Thirteen letters, four words! When you say no new clue words, do you mean the ordinary words? Because you say the jumble was new, so I assume the mixed up treatment was new to you. The writer must do different mixups of the same real words sometimes. Correct? Thanks for your work. Very impressive and I don’ t have to wait for tomorrow’s NY Daily News!
