Visual Description: Taxation double jeopardy.
PEORA = OPERA, UCETA = ACUTE, FRADYT = DRAFTY, ASOSEN = SEASON — Giving us: OACEFSE
Clue/Question: When the town started charging to use the park, it was a – – –
Answer: “FEE–ASCO“
(A good stinky pun! No new clue words, but three of the jumbles were new. Only the one for “drafty” has definitely been used before. Nicely cryptic answer letter layout. And, a very active cartoon. Lots of fun. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

Had to check to make sure I was not way off base with the answer! YEA, I got it. Season took some time to get. Very well jumbled, IMHO! Great puzzler guyz. Thank you, and thank you Unc. LL
As always, you are welcome, LindaLee. Hey! Does anyone know the answer/question to the pictured referenced “event”? — YUR
I had no idea, Unc Rave, so I did what everybody should do … GOOGLED IT! Wikipedia identifies it as the first real-time sharing of cellfone pictures, of the birth of his daughter. Does not give the daughter’s name, though. Even tech titans need a little privacy.
One of my guesses would have been the birth of his child, hal. The other would have been his own wedding, or the graduation of a child. — YUR 🙂
