Answer:  RESIDED

(Ahh.  A pronunciation pun!  Not bad.  There were no new clue words today, but all of the jumbles were new.  Very good answer letter layout  and a fine cartoon.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

It isn’t often that we see clues that result in letters that produce multiple word solutions, such as today: DEIERSD can be turned into DERIDES, DESIRED AND RESIDED. Of course, DERIDES doesn’t fit the question, but DESIRED does, even though RE SIDED is much more appropriate. Hoyt continues to amaze with his continual addition of new words – he’s now up to 3043 in the database and still going strong!

The name does not compute. Should she be? And why – does she write the same type of comments to your postings? Say Hi to Carol for us.

She just commented on the 3/25/15 Jumble yesterday, saying the answer could also be: REEL TENSING, as opposed to SENT REELING.

    Thanks. And, regards to Pat!

Actually, I’m the world-famous writer of paranormal suspense thrillers and Unclerave is the world famous puzzle solver who gets he and his wife together with me and my wife at the oddest places on either coast of this vast country from time to time to tell each other lies about how great we are.
