“Moderation is a fatal thing. Nothing succeeds like excess.” — Oscar Wilde
(Ahh! The “Live fast, die young, and leave a beautiful corpse” mentality. Some people feel they have to be this way in order to be . . . relevant. Others don’t. A short, jam-packed life of . . . experiences vs. a long, drawn out life of meaningless . . . existence? Oscar Wilde only lived to 46. And the last 4 – 5 years were in progressively declining health. There is no guarantee of tomorrow, but most of us think we have to believe we’ll see it. Wilde was more reviled than revered during his lifetime, so this philosophy made perfect sense, to him. Most of the rest of us strive for more of a happy medium. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

It’s true, there’s no guarantee of tomorrow. I try to live my life like there is no tomorrow xx
Don’t be too fatalistic though, Tiff! You could very easily live to a ripe old age. — YUR
