Answer:  ALPHABETICAL ORDER

(All I can say is . . . Wow!  At first glance, this was just your run-of-the-mill Sunday Jumble.  But, there was something very unique about today’s puzzle.  More on this later . . . maybe.  There was at least one new clue word today.  It looked like it might be two, but I’m pretty sure we had “highly” just a while ago.  But, “lopped” is definitely new.  ralis95 has not issued an update to his famous clue word database in quite a while, but I know that he has been very busy.  But, in consulting said database, I noticed one thing, and then another and another.  Something that I bet ralis95 picked up on right away.  It is something that I’ve never seen David Hoyt do before.  Did you guys catch it?  Tell me exactly what Mr. Hoyt did today.  It’s actually kind of a three-fer!  Jeff’s great cartoon leaves no doubt where this is taking place.  And, boy.  That is one stern looking librarian!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

In this world there are two tragedies.  One is not getting what one wants and the other is getting it.”   —   Oscar Wilde

(Ah, yes.  Be careful what you wish for.  You just might get it.  And, then some!  Been there, done that.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
