(It looks like the guys are ringing in the new year with a bang!  All of the jumbles appear to be new.  And, we have our first new clue word of the year, in “dicey”.  I hope ralis95 isn’t too hungover this morning to update his famous clue word database!  The answer letter layout was nicely cryptic, but you just knew that the word “arrow” was going to come into play.  A nice 13-letter answer, though.  Jeff’s little bonus clue is the windsock at the top left of the cartoon.  I believe at least one of our readers knows a thing or two about aerodynamics.  Right?  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
