Answer: SAFE AND SOUND
(Nice Jumble. 12 letters long. No new clue words today, but all the jumbles appeared to be new. The answer letter layout could have used a couple of word switches, but it was alright. Great little league cartoon. I think it’s just as likely that the catcher is going to get hurt in these situations. But, it’s always best when no one gets hurt. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
You are right Unc, eons ago this catcher broke her thumb in a home plate collision. And, they called the runner safe, said I didn’t tag her and I had a broken thumb to prove I did! The good old days! Loved the jumbler, brought back good memories of my work day (slow pitch) soft ball team. And the jumbled words were not all that easy.
Thank you guyz!
Glad you could relate, LindaLee! Thanks for commenting, hon. — YUR
