(Nice long answer, and a decent pun.  All of today’s jumbling appears to be new.  The only one I struggled with was “fitted”  The others I got right away.  Even the new clue word, “crept”.  This can be added to the ralis95 clue word database.  The answer letter layout was a work of art, in my opinion.  It is wonderfully cryptic.  I’m just glad I could figure out the answer based on Jeff’s great cartoon, with all the critical dialog going on in it.  I know this is just for laughs, but I kind of doubt that they would all react this negatively.  Unless, maybe the conductor is chronically late.  Be well and do good, friends.  And, always do your best to be on time!)   —   YUR

(It took me a little while to realize this was from THE famous quote, and not a humorous variant of such.  The road less traveled is great for those who think differently.  But, if you’re locked into tradition, and you’ve been completely indoctrinated in a specific way, then the road less traveled is probably just going to frustrate you, to no end.  Stay to the more traveled road, if that suits your comfort.  Just accept that there are those of us who won’t be following you.  Nothing is guaranteed, either way.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
