(Wow! A lot of queries on this one. I guess it was a little harder than I thought. No new clue words today, but all of the jumbles seemed new. I thought “baron” and “ritual” were pretty challenging. The answer letter layout was spectacular. It made for a beautiful jumble. The cartoon was cute. It made Donald look like one of his nephews: Huey, Kerflouie and Screwie. Or, something like that. Funny family story — a friend of ours went on a trip to Italy, was in a restaurant and wanted to ask for the bill. So he looked it up in his dictionary and it said “il becco”. Ha ha — he asked the waiter for the beak! To this day we always refer to the check (amongst ourselves of course) as “il becco”.

What I the answer , can’t get it
It *did* give you a lot of letters to play with, 12 in answer out of 22 in whole puzzle. I went down the wrong road with “MANY” as the first word before noticing that “BILL” worked better. Today’s (Wednesday’) first word is a poser; *congratulations* to the David for picking it!
I did the samething as haliburton76, and used “many” as the
first word, giving me Many Petbills!! Too funny! I was anxious to see what the correct answer was. Thanks!

I went down the “many” road too, but came up with no word from the remaining letters and went back to beak. Glad to know I had company!
I spent hours on a plane yesterday Atlanta to Fairbanks and finally gave up ! Had to look this morning. The answer was killing me!
