(I’m not big at going to garage sales. I’ve got so much surplus junk of my own, already. But, when I do go I almost always feel compelled to ask them: So, how much for the garage? Old jokes, for old merchandise! Yard sale. Tag sale. Garage sale. They’re all just nicer ways of saying Used Junk Sale. Some people live for them. I just can’t be bothered.
No new clue words today, but everything was nicely jumbled. All of the jumblings were new, to me. I especially liked the one for “season”. Honorable mention goes to “gutter”. The answer letter layout was swell. Yet another great jumble. I don’t think it gave anything away. And, the cartoon set things up creditably. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
