There is something sepulchral about the urinals in the basement mens room at the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles. While one might decry their size, however, they do have one advantage: they work for men of all heights, including children. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Answer:  WHOAMEN

(Now THAT is a cute pun!  I think even the pun naysayers would get a chuckle out of that.  Instead of their usual groan.  All the clue words were old favorites today, with all new jumblings, from my perspective.  The only one to give me pause was my old nemesis “teacup”.  I’ll never quite understand why they allow certain compound words in the English language.  “Coffeemug” doesn’t cut it.  Are there certain rules that allow for compound words.  Two words of three letters,or less, each?  Let’s see.  “Ashcan”.  Hey, that worked!  Maybe I’m on to something???  Nah!  That’s gotta be just dumb luck.  The answer letter layout worked for me.  Nothing obvious there.  The cartoon is very clever, with the woman coming out of the Ladies’ Room, but her hat is blocking the sign.  A very likeable Jumble.   Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

PS.  Was I right about Uncle Sigh on Saturday, or what?  He was the leader for 4/5s of the race, then faded down the stretch!  Congrats to California Chrome on being the first favorite to win the Derby in ages!  Commanding Curve was the surprise long shot, who made the exacta and trifecta payouts interesting, by finishing a pretty strong second.  Maybe we’re in for a battle of the CCs this year.  It kinda takes me back to the year 1978, when it was a two horse Triple Crown between Affirmed and Alydar.  That was probably the best rivalry in Thoroughbred racing history.  Alydar is my personal all-time favorite horse.     YUR

(This was said by Yogi, but it’s not one of his now classic Yogi-isms.  It’s a truth, that he may have picked up from a quote of Albert Einstein’s.  In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are not.  Yogi might not be an Albert Einstein, but he’s no dummy!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
